The Denver Community Active Living Coalition (CALC) seeks FOUR passionate part-time youth (high school or college) with connections to Southwest Denver (neighborhoods of Mar Lee, Harvey Park, Ruby Hill, College View) or Northeast Denver (Montbello). Activities include supporting programs and local community efforts that promote walking, biking, transit, and physical activity. Youth advisors will learn skills in leadership, community engagement, data collection, collaboration, communication, and active living.

Additional paid youth opportunities:
Teen Safe Streets (TSS) Program
DDPHE is also seeking 5 paid part-time youth support its safe driving work. Hours will be no more than 10/week and pay is $13.75/hour.
Activities will include leading data collection efforts, informing policies related to young drivers and safer streets, leading and informing programs and events related to safe driving, and working with your peers, community, and other community groups on projects/programs.
